About

I believe healing is not about striving but about softening, listening, and returning to what is essential.

After overcoming both anxiety and an autoimmune condition, my work today is rooted in lived experience and true transformation.
I guide individuals through therapeutic yoga, mindful movement and somatic awareness , creating space for nervous system balance and emotional clarity.
